seers & sailors

My maternal lineage has a psychic tradition. As a child, I loved the stories of the old herbalists and seers in our family. We were living in a beautiful rural environment, I was communicating with animals and invisible friends, that was just normal for me. I also experienced, though, that my grandmother felt afflicted with her own clairvoyance.

My father was a sailor. His very own stories influenced me deeply and I inherited his love of freedom and the sea.

I was also provided with a few major challenges and am quite familiar with topics like loss, secrets, separations and life-threatening situations. It took a good while for me to learn how to deal with and achieve growth from these experiences.

It was an important step to acknowledge my spiritual gifts, as this also helped to explain a specific feature: When you are highly intuitive, psychic and/or empathic, you often receive unfiltered energies, information and emotions from others. This can be very disturbing at times, especially as long as you are not aware of it.  

After finishing my studies, I started working in the media industry, became a freelance copywriter and founder of an organic food start-up. I got married and became a mum of two. Over the years I gave countless readings and coachings for international clients, but always tried to keep the main focus on my “normal” day jobs. A health crisis finally led me to recognize my essence once again and own it even more.

My coaching concept unites psychology and spirituality. 

Scientific findings from the neurosciences, medical research and quantum physics compliment it. I am inspired by ancient shamanic and magic traditions, herbalism, nutrition, yoga philosophy and much more. It´s an endless journey of learning, with loads of insights and miracles unfolding along the way.

Today I wouldn´t be so happy and deeply grateful, if I hadn´t at some stage decided to live what I love.
